I tried to sign up with Facebook and it said I already had an account using my email address, but Ive never downloaded this app before. So I tried to create a new account with email, and it says "Oops something went wrong. Please try again later." I was trying to register my pet with this app in time for July 4, so my local animal services could qualify for a big grant. I hope this app gets fixed soon, because it sounds like a great idea.

Created an account but the info I put in was not correct. Every time I tried to change the map location it would give me an "oops an error occurred try back later". So frustrating!

Would be nice if I could add my cats as well as my dogs!

Cant sign in via Facebook login because it created an account using my email; cant reset my (nonexistent) password because my email account is not in the system. Id love to revise my review and rating once the app allows me to login.

Very slow and I keep getting errors when I want to "Ignore" adding friends. The idea is good but it seems more like a Facebook wannabe or social media app directed at dog owners. I deleted it.

Such a great idea… But the sign-up process was a nightmare! When I tried to sign up via Facebook all I got was error messages and then when I signed up through a normal process I still got era messages. Finally gave up and tried to sign up via email and at least that worked but now that you have never recognizes me and I cannot login. Its such a shame because this is a great idea if only it would work properly...

I think this app is a great idea, but its pretty useless right now. I cant log in no matter how I try - error messages, wont sign up with Facebook, wont sign up with email. Please get it working!

Unable to log in since I last logged in using my facebooklogin. Have been trying for the last 5 hours and get the same message to try back later.

app is useless because i get error message if i want to login with facebook, and app does not let me login with email. deleted

Locks up and hangs at the least opportunity (iPhone 5). Matches are not sorted by date. Needs more shelters to provide data.

I love this idea and downloaded it as soon as I heard about it! Added one pet went to support to find out how to add another but there is no button on the bottom right to add more? There appears to be many fixes that need to be done. I added my vet but got an error message twice before it was accepted and I could move forward? Please fix this wonderful app, our pets need this!!

How can you release an app with so many bugs?

I love this idea for a pet locating app, but I wish there was a way to enter notes about distinguishing characteristics and size/weight. A few tweaks and this will be a great asset to anyone with a lost pet!

From the app Id like to share it on social media sites and I dont know how to do that. I dont think enough people know about this yet. I think shelters, especially the ones that are on here, should have a link on their website. There needs to be more rescues involved with this. Its a great idea if more people are informed that this is available. Partner with the "for the love of Louie" Facebook pages or any others like that. Keep up the great work, I know this is new and I hope it gets bigger.

How do i register my dog in the database without reporting it lost? Gave it 3 stars for easy sign up. But i still think its ridiculous that i cant register my dog without reporting him lost.

...initially couldnt set up account through Facebook. Kept getting error message. So I I tried to set up via my email and it said I had already set up an account with that email. So I tried to register again with Facebook and it signed me in. Weird. So I set up a profile with my first dog. That went smoothly. Then I tried to set up a profile for the next two dogs ... Good luck with that. It will let you add a Vet or add a friend but not another dog. So then I tried a different way to add another dog and when I uploaded the photo it changed the photo on my dogs profile. Done. I deleted the App. Simple start up functionality needs a general overhaul as I see my comments seem to be in line with quite a few others.

Cats go missing too. You should add this option to the app in order to properly please your customers. If i lost my dog, I would love this app, however it is my cat that is missing. I put up his picture anyways just in case.

When are you going to to do cats, horses, etc even hamsters that will probably go missing they matter to right???? Well this app is pretty good but I would love to see it available for those other animals to in the next update!!

App needs the ability to sort lost and found by one or the other. Often hangs. Many dogs picked up by the local shelter list the same area on the map - different days, same days with different times - makes it unreliable for locations found. Content is not up to date for individuals.

I wish this thing was more usable. Its a great idea. But it is completely unusable. So many aspects are screwed up. If it wasnt for such a noble purpose I would delete it immediately.
